Cancellation Policy for The Shroom Shop Subscription Service:

We understand that circumstances can change, and our customers may need to cancel their subscription at any time. Therefore, we offer a flexible cancellation policy with no minimum order requirements. Customers can cancel their subscription at any time by visiting their customer portal, which they will receive when they create their first subscription.

Once a subscription order has been processed, we are unable to issue a refund for that order. However, customers can still cancel their subscription and any future orders will be stopped. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they cancel their subscription before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next order.

Our team will be happy to assist with any queries or concerns regarding cancelling the subscription.

We also offer the flexibility for customers to edit their subscription through the customer portal. They can change the products included, the frequency of orders and the date of their order. These changes must be made before the next billing date to take effect.
